Products based on Aestiva's Power Office engine are translation-ready for most languages. Products include Aestiva Purchase Order, Aestiva Procurement, Aestiva Expense Report, Aestiva Invoice Approval, Aestiva Leave Request, Aestiva Timesheet, and Aestiva Time and Expense. Translations can be applied to Power Office-based products and Power Office-based custom solutions.

How it works
The translation of a single product into a the language of your choice requires the translation of about (i) four-hundred English words and phrases and (ii) fifty images containing English text.

Translation tasks are generally split between Aestiva and you. You are provided a series of spreadsheets containing the words and phrases in need of translation. You translate the words and phrases from English to the language of your choice. Once this task has been completed and delivered to Aestiva, we provide the necessary imaging services and product integration to complete the job. Allow two weeks for delivery once we are provided the translation charts.
