Software Licensing fees are one-time. They cover Aestiva Power Office and/or additional out-of-the-box software modules. Production fees cover professional services. Software Licensing If you do not already have an Aestiva Power Office engine then estimate a cost of $5,000 to $45,000 based on the number of users. The low-end would be for a five-user system. The high-end would be for a solution with one-thousand or more users. (Additional canned modules, if you need them, range between $500 to $7,500 each) If you are piggy-backing an automation project onto an existing copy of Aestiva Power Office, then another Power Office license is typically not needed. In this case you would not have any Software License extension costs. Production Fees Automation projects typically require 1 to 5 days of production time. That includes form and/or tool design, quality assurance, setup, production reviews, training, and deployment support. Aestiva's day rate is $1,400 with total production fees typically ranging between $1,400 and $7,000. The chart below shows total costs (Software Licensing plus Production Fees) based on the number of users you have and the amount of production work needed to complete a project. Based on the chart above expect first year total costs, including software licensing, training, deployment help, and the first year of support, to range as follows: An automation project added to an existing system: About $5k to $15k. An automation project (First-time Purchase): About $5k to $15k for a five-user system. About $15k to $25k for a 50-user system. About $30k to $50k for a 1,000-user system. For a free quote... Fully Supported Support fees for the first year are included in the software licensing fee. After year one, an optional support contract to cover software upgrades and support is available. Support costs range between 16 and 25 percent of cost. IT Overhead? Aestiva solutions feature ultra-low in-house carrying costs. This is because Aestiva technology requires little or no in-house IT support. No Annual License Fees Although Aestiva sells annual support and upgrade programs, Aestiva does not charge annual license fees to continue use of any Aestiva product. Support programs are optional. No Rental Fees Unlike SAAS, ASP, and other rental offerings, Aestiva uses a standard software licensing model. We keep your long-term costs down and your ROI up.
