Defining a "Power Office" Project

To define your project please follow the steps below. The steps ensure projects are manageable and adequately specified. Completing the steps below can be done in a few days.

Step #1
Familiarize yourself with Aestiva Power Office, the software product behind your solution. Trying to specify a project before you see Aestiva Power Office can result in over-specification and wasted effort.

To familiarize yourself with Aestiva Power Office please take the free demo. During the demonstration Aestiva will teach you how Power Office works and how to specify your automation needs. This step takes about an hour.

Step #2
Armed with a knowledge of Aestiva Power Office, you can now specify your automation needs. During this step you will discuss your vision with the "stakeholders" of the business process to refine the vision in preparation for the next step. This step takes a few hours.

Step #3
With a better understanding of your vision, a free review meeting* is conducted with Aestiva. During this over-the-phone consultation Aestiva will review your specifications to ensure they are adequate and deliverable. After the meeting, if an adequate understanding of the project has been reached, Aestiva will provide you a free cost quotation and delivery schedule. This step takes an hour or two.

*If specification is not adequate during the meeting then Aestiva will recommend different options depending on the nature of the inadequacy. In some cases Aestiva will require consulting fees to continue the definition process although such cases are the exception.
