The Deployment Process

The Aestiva Production Department follows a proven deployment process that ensures success. Our near 100% success rate is not accidental.

Production Department requirements include limitations on project size, upfront pre-qualification of projects using educational demonstrations, and the use of Aestiva Power Office technology to simplify the automation process and maximize features delivered.

A deployment process includes:

Kick-off meeting to review project and set delivery date.
Fast completion of first version for early review.
Over-the-phone training of administrators.
Pilot testing with users unfamiliar with the project.
Completion of final version after testing and review.

The deployment process requires four to ten phone meetings spread across four to ten weeks. The phone meetings can be conducted once a week, or more often, to catch up on delays or speed up delivery.
